Cheïma Zaïzouni is admitted to the Paris Bar (Barreau de Paris) and practises under the professional title of "Avocat", granted in France. She is also registered with the Brussels Bar on the list of European lawyers (Liste E), practising in Belgium under that same home-country professional title. The practice is carried on individually, as a sole practitioner (exercice individuel). Professional liability insurance
Cheïma Zaïzouni holds professional liability insurance (assurance de responsabilité civile professionnelle) covering unintentional errors, omissions or negligence that may occur in the normal course of her professional activity. The cover is significantly above the legal minimum, at €4,000,000 per claim. Additional cover may be individually subscribed through AON, the Bar's insurance broker.
